Soft Cut-Compressed Fiber Gaskets

Sheet materials are used in low to medium pressure services. With careful selection these gaskets are not only suitable for general service but also for extreme chemical services and temperatures.

A general purpose non-asbestos sheet for use on oils, water and gases applications manufactured from Aramid and glass or carbon fiber compound with nitrile rubber binder or to meet sealing performance. An excellent alternative to traditional compressed asbestos.

Semi-Metallic Gasket

These are composite gaskets consisting of both metallic and non-metallic materials. The metal provides the strength and the resilience of the gasket and the non-metallic component provides the conformable sealing material. These gaskets are suitable for low and high pressure and temperature applications. A wide range of materials is available.

Spiral Wound Gasket

is the ideal gasket in the semi metallic gasket category. A spiral wound gasket is manufactured by spirally winding a preformed metal strip and a filler on the outer periphery of metal winding mandrels. They have resistance characteristics to the high pressure and high temperature based on material selection. We can provide low emission and also fire resistance spiral wound gaskets.

Metal Jacketed Gaskets

Consist of a metallic outer shell with either a metallic or non-metallic compressed fiber filler. The filler material gives the gasket resilience, while the metal jacket protects the filler and resists pressures, temperatures and corrosion. They are traditionally used for heat exchanger applications, pumps, and valves.
